People have not stopped living their lives, transacting or needing an Attorney.  The need to hire an Attorney did not evaporate overnight. The courts will reopen and the problems people have still exist.  Continuing to build your client portfolio will give you a huge advantage over those law firms that have decided to stop their case acquisition. Henry Ford said during a depression era press conference once - "A man who stops advertising to save money is like a man who stops a clock to save time." I say this honestly, knowing that what we do impacts a lot of businesses bottom lines, now is the time to get in front of potential clients.  It is important to stay relevant and stay in front of potentials.  Marketing has never been more important.  Some attorneys are telling me their phone has "just stopped ringing".  I ask them why and their response is they stopped advertising, fearful of the impact that the corona virus may have on their firm’s viability. More people are on the internet and watching TV.  As a company, we continue to operate full-steam ahead and are giving all of our Attorney clients quality cases. Most of our leads come in from connected TV, Facebook and Instagram. The good news is our media ads are working extraordinarily well despite or because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
